About the Role
Create and deploy social media campaigns and content
Develop, plan, and implement innovative, targeted and highly engaging digital campaigns to support the directorate's initiatives, objectives, and key messages.
Identify, map, and understand different stakeholder communities, networks and groups on social media and design and deploy targeted communications to meet their interests.
Develop and publish audience and channel-optimised social media graphics, messaging, data visualisations, videos and animations.
Monitor and analyse audience, channel and campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to improve results.
Provide advice, knowledge sharing and training
Work with communication colleagues in COM and throughout the OECD to create a collaborative environment that encourages consistent, high quality and timely messaging.
Contribute to OECD social media governance and disseminate best practices across the OECD.
Cultivate in-depth understanding of social media platforms and trends to guide colleagues and contribute as a thought leader on best practices, standards and policies across platforms.
Web management
Ensure the continued editorial quality and consistency of the Directorate’s web pages, with a view to maximising the visibility and discoverability of its data, messages and products, in line with OECD web management rules and best practices.
Optimise content for search-engine-optimisation and user experience (SEO), including through metadata and on-page elements, as well as by turning technical material into user-friendly, plain-English content and suggesting creative content (videos, dataviz).
Oversee maintenance of the web pages, ensuring functionality, performance and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on web analytics and insights, including analyses of downloads and searches.
