About the Role
• Provide operational support for the smooth running of SMC programmes, including one-to-one coaching, team coaching and coaching workshops.
• Be responsible for keeping clear records on coachee progress (using Airtable).
• Meet prospective coachees on Zoom and “onboard” them to the programmes.
• Be the operational point of contact for partner organisations.
• Respond to queries from coachees, coaches and stakeholders.
• Provide tech support for workshops and online meetings.
• Contribute to the ongoing design and development of SMC.
