Information and Communication Agent

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Front Desk for Authors to support our clients in publishing-related matters and assist colleagues and clients during the editorial process.

The ideal candidate should be service-oriented and have an excellent eye for detail. Prior experience in communication, the publishing domain or in knowledge management will be considered an asset.
