About the Role
We are seeking a Communications Specialist to support the creation, coordination, and
delivery of HEVA’s communications. This role focuses on content development and
operational support to ensure that HEVA’s messaging is timely, consistent, and polished.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous about detail (grammar, punctuation, formatting,
application of guidelines and design alignment, etc.), proactive in contributing ideas, and
reliable in following through on tasks. They should also be able to problem-solve, think creatively, and organise their workflow effectively to keep communications smooth and on
track.
As a Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role as a guardian of HEVA’s image
and reputation by ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels. This
role requires strong writing skills, excellent interpersonal communication abilities, and a
keen understanding of digital media.
Working closely with the Communications Manager, the Communications Specialist will
help maintain the comms calendar, manage quality control, and strengthen day-to-day
execution.
