About the Role
Your main responsibilities will include: developing and implementing digital
communication strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering online engagement.
• Promoting all ETUI deliverables (publications, events, education activities)
online through social media and the relevant ETUI websites, and reporting on
impact to the Head of ComPub (analytics)
• Creating content for social media to promote ETUI output and activities
(LinkedIn, Bluesky, Facebook)
• Contributing to the dissemination strategy of ETUI research (key messages, target
audiences, etc.)
• Supporting events through the coordination of publication dissemination and
promotion on social media
• Organising and overseeing targeted dissemination of ETUI publications
(targeted sending to events, authors, contributors, reviewers and key
audiences)
• General team support (website upkeep, proofreading, etc.)
• Sending out news briefs via the newsletter and analysing their impact
• Supporting study visits and their coordination at the Institute
